Premiums. Rate changes. National Provider Identification. If you know what any of these terms mean then, congratulations! You’re in great shape and don’t have to worry about waivers. However, most people aren’t as familiar with what these mean, and really those terms are just scratching the surface when it comes to waivers.
The Center of Disease Control (CDC) performed a study that analyzed 25 college sports over five years. The results showed that college athletes suffered over a million injuries during this period. That’s nearly 600 injuries per day and billions of dollars in insurance claims.

Now imagine what the statistics would look like for a young college student at the height of his “invincibility”. In reality, men’s health has taken a backseat for many and it’s time to turn that around.
College students are told they need to have an astounding resume to show future employers they are well-rounded individuals. So, students try to rack up as many accomplishments, certifications, and activities on their resume as possible. However, amidst this hustle, the importance of mental health often gets overlooked.
